You don't need to have it all figured out.
Life can feel overwhelming when you're caught in waves of anxiety, perfectionism, self-criticism,
and constant overthinking — especially during periods of growth, transition,
and pressure to "have it all together."
I work primarily with young adult men navigating yeshiva, dating, early marriage, and other major life changes. Many of the people I work with feel stuck between who they are, who they want to become, and who they feel expected to be.
The journey begins when you start listening
to what's already flowing within you.
Together, we’ll explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion, helping you develop a healthier relationship with the parts of yourself that feel overwhelming, critical, anxious, or disconnected.
My work is grounded primarily in Internal Family Systems (IFS), alongside Mindfulness,
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema-informed approaches.
