Therapy with me is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. Many of the people I work with struggle with anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, self-criticism, or feeling emotionally stuck despite functioning well outwardly. Together, we work toward better understanding the patterns, emotions, and inner pressures that may be keeping you stuck.
How often do sessions take place?
Most clients begin with weekly sessions. Consistency helps build momentum, deepen the work, and create a stable space for reflection and growth. Session frequency can always be revisited based on your needs and goals.
There's no one-size-fits-all timeline. Some people come to therapy around a specific challenge or transition, while others choose to engage in longer-term work. We'll regularly check in about your goals and how therapy is feeling for you.
Do you offer in-person or online sessions?
I offer both in-person sessions in Bet Shemesh and telehealth sessions throughout Israel. We can discuss which format feels like the best fit for your schedule and needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions can be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full session fee.
If a session falls after Shabbos or Yom Tov, please notify me by noon on Erev Shabbos/Yom Tov.
How does payment work?
I accept payment in ILS via cash or bank transfer, and USD payments through Zelle.
I also reserve a limited number of reduced-rate slots based on financial need.
